讲座内容：

1. 政策导向，解读当下就业政策核心要求，核心目标从 “唯就业率” 到 “全维度质量监测”，推动就业工作精细化升级。
2. 高校毕业生就业监测指标体系深度解读

Content:

1.Policy Orientation: Interpret the core requirements of current employment policies. The core goal has shifted from "solely focusing on employment rate" to "comprehensive quality monitoring", promoting the refined upgrading of employment work.

2.In-depth Interpretation of the Employment Monitoring Indicator System for College Graduates.

主讲人：周雪梅，郑州西亚斯学院招生就业处就业干事，郑州大学新闻与传播专业硕士研究生，研究实习员。对接省级就业监测系统，负责毕业生就业信息采集、核实与上报，确保毕业去向落实率、专业对口率等核心指标真实准确；分析就业结构、薪酬水平、用人单位满意度等监测数据，识别就业痛点（如供需错配、特殊群体就业难），形成数据报告。
