一、建设背景

在时代浪潮的推动下，2024年初，习近平总书记在讲话中强调：“要根据科技发展新趋势，优化高等学校学科设置、人才培养模式，为发展新质生产力、推动高质量发展培养急需人才。”正是这股时代精神的召唤，“新质”之名应运而生，新质“一站式”学生服务中心也顺势而建。它不仅承载着教育创新的使命，秉承着“以学生为中心”的办学理念，更引领着未来人才培养的新风尚。在这里，我们致力于打造富有时代特色、体现思政要求、贴近学生实际的育人新场域。

Driven by the tide of the times, in early 2024, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in his speech that “we should optimize the discipline settings and talent training models of higher education institutions according to the new trend of scientific and technological development, and cultivate urgently needed talents for the development of new quality productive forces and the promotion of high-quality development.” It is precisely the call of this spirit of the times that the name “Xin Zhi” has emerged and the One-stopStudent Service Center has been built. It not only carries the mission of educational innovation and student oriented, but also leads the new trend of talent cultivation in the future. Here, we forge a new educational environment that is rich in contemporary characteristics, embodies ideological and political requirements, and is close to the reality of students.

二、建设内容

“一站式”学生社区不仅是家，更是知识共享的殿堂。新质住宿书院“一站式”学生社区主要包含：1个学生事务大厅、8个学生社区辅导站、12个学生宿舍楼栋活动空间。在这里我们设置了丰富的“第二课堂”活动空间，如心理咨询室、创客空间、健身房、舞蹈排练厅、音乐排练厅、导师咨询室、陶艺、木艺实验室等设施。

One-stop Student Service Center of Xin Zhi Residential College is not only a home, but also a palace of knowledgesharing. At present, it has 1 student affairs center, 8 student community counseling stations, and 12 student activity spaces. Here a diverse range of Second Classroom activity spaces are set up, such as psychological counseling room, incubators center, gymnasium, dance rehearsal room, music rehearsal room, tutor’s offices, pottery and wood art laboratory and so on.

在“双院”协同育人实践中，新质住宿书院“一站式”学生社区将努力培养更多具有创新精神、高实践能力、优秀职业素养的高素质数字人才，为国家发展新质生产力提供人才保障。

In the practice of“Double Colleges”collaborative education, our One-stop Student Service Center will strive to cultivate more high-quality digital talents with innovative spirit, high practical ability and excellent professional quality, so as to provide talent guarantee for the development of new quality productive forces in the country.
