Established in May, 2009，the General Party Branch of School of Foreign Languages(SFL), Sias International University, has 5 faculty branches and 48 Party members as of November, 2018.

Guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory, the thought of "Three Represents" and the Scientific Outlook on Development, the SFL General Party Branch, under the direct leadership of the Party Committee of Sias International University, adheres to the Party's education policy and ensures the direction of socialist education and the teaching quality to cultivate ideologically the socialist builders in all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty. It plays an active role in various management tasks, improves its creativity, integrity and effectiveness, and promotes the standardization and institutionalization of its management, providing a strong political guarantee for the sound and rapid development for SFL.

It earnestly strengthens its construction both in branches and team, constantly improves its quality of recruiting party members, optimizes its team structure and gives full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of its Party members. It also enhances the leadership and guidance of the SFL Labor Union and the Communist Youth League. It does not only mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the SFL faculty and constantly push forward the construction of teachers’ ethics, but also gives full play to the role of the Youth League and the Student Union in guiding students’ thinking and serving their growth for enhancing their creating awareness, innovative abilities and full promotion of their comprehensive quality.
